Pommes de Terre - Apples of the Earth

Blase grows eight varieties of potatoes. They are now available at the farm stand. Digging them is a lot of work, but we all love fresh boiled potatoes, skins with even a little dirt, and a little butter and salt. Sometimes the potatoes are even heart-shaped - or even looking like a little man (anatomically correct that is). You don't see these in stores.
