We have freshly cut organic mesclun and arugula for sale at the Farm Stand all spring. Stop by and help yourself to a bag or two. Here's a wonderful and easy recipe for arugula pesto:
1/4 pound of arugula, a couple cloves of garlic, a handful of pecans, salt, some parmesan cheese, and enough olive oil to make it juicy – process all together in a food processor and enjoy!
Stays greener than basil. Scrumptious on veggies, pasta, fish, everything!
