Morning Meditation (Tues, Thur, and Sat), 7:30-8:15 am
Join us on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings for a peaceful gathering to center the mind and find clarity and balance before the start of your day.
Morning meditation is held in the art studio. All are welcome - from beginner to advanced! For more information email Linda Hoffman. There is no charge, but donations are welcome.
After reading Masanobu Fukuoka's One Straw Revolution, we have been itchin' to scythe! And then we met Shelby Howland of Howland Tools at the NOFA MASS Winter Conference. We are thrilled that he agreed to come out to the farm to show us how it's done.
