Shinrin-Yoku "Taking in the Forest through the Senses"

Find healing and connection on a slow walk in nature with Leader, Pam Frederick, Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide.

Join Pam Frederick for a guided walk along an apple orchard and in a woodland area beside a pond at the farm. The pace will be slow and we will not be walking far. With the growing season slowing down, this is the perfect time for us to slow down, too. Pam describes the walk as a “coming home” to ourselves and our surroundings. The walk will end with a tea ceremony and snacks.

Saturday, September 29, 2018; 9:30—Noon
Cost: $25 with a maximum of 10 people.

To reserve your place email Pam Frederick. Payment will be collected at the beginning of the walk. You will receive more information 3-4 days before your walk.
