Qigong and Tai Chi are meditative mind-body practices that use slow graceful movements to promote relaxation, reduce stress, improve circulation and enhance overall health and well-being. These easy to learn practices can be adapted for sitting, standing, walking and lying down. During these classes we will explore a variety of techniques to harmonize heart, mind and body, and to clear, reinvigorate, and balance our Qi channels (meridians). Join us at the farm and learn a a series of Qigong practices and beginner Tai Chi movements that you can integrate into your everyday life.
No experience is necessary, loose comfortable clothes and flat shoes recommended. We will be practicing outdoors, weather permitting (or using indoor studio space in case of rain).
