Morning Meditation (Tues, Thur, and Sat), 7:30-8:15 am
Join us on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings for a peaceful gathering to center the mind and find clarity and balance before the start of your day.
Morning meditation is held in the art studio. All are welcome - from beginner to advanced! For more information email Linda Hoffman. There is no charge, but donations are welcome.
Linda Hoffman’s studio will be part of Bolton & Harvard’s Open Studios. Joining her will be artists Faith Cross, Lynn Horsky, Amy Kilham, Ariel Matisse, Judith Schutzman, and Katherine Symancyk.
