Morning Meditation (Tues, Thur, and Sat), 7:30-8:15 am
Join us on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings for a peaceful gathering to center the mind and find clarity and balance before the start of your day.
Morning meditation is held in the art studio. All are welcome - from beginner to advanced! For more information email Linda Hoffman. There is no charge, but donations are welcome.

We will gather in the Sacred Wheel on Saturday, December 21 at 7pm.
Bring your great sprit, a poem, song, dance, and musical instruments to share in the circle. Dress warmly, carpool if you can, bring a flashlight, and please no dogs. In case of bad weather check after 2pm on Saturday www.oldfrogpondfarm.com.
