The height of energy, heat, and productivity can be both exhilarating and depleting.
In this gathering, we will turn toward the wisdom of rest—learning to balance movement with stillness, action with surrender. Through gentle practices of deep listening, we will honor the body’s need for restoration. A refreshing tea ceremony will close our time together, offering a moment of renewal as we soften into transition.
Who this is for: Adults (18+) seeking deeper connection with nature, community, and self.
Fee: $45 for this event or $120 (save 10%) for all three events in the series* (We believe nature connection should be accessible to all. If cost is a barrier, please reach out—we’re happy to discuss options.)
Register here for single event.
Register here for all three events.
What to Expect in a Gathering
A slow, guided walk through natural spaces, sometimes on uneven terrain.
Simple yet meaningful activities to deepen your connection with the surroundings.
Quiet moments for rest, reflection, and personal insight.
A welcoming space for contemplation, with the option to share if you choose.
A closing ceremony to honor the experience and our connection with one another.
About your Guide: Andrea Jaramillo (she/they) is a bilingual certified forest therapy guide. Her approach is enriched by her experience as a nurse, urban farmer, and apprentice of traditional medicines from Central and South America.
Rain date: Nature is unpredictable. In the event of rain, we will gather indoors, bringing nature treasures inside to honor and explore the planned theme in a new way.
