Morning Meditation (Tues, Thur, and Sat), 7:30-8:15 am
Join us on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings for a peaceful gathering to center the mind and find clarity and balance before the start of your day.
Morning meditation is held in the art studio. All are welcome - from beginner to advanced! For more information email Linda Hoffman. There is no charge, but donations are welcome.
Spend the morning with poet and bird enthusiast, Susan Edwards Richmond. Susan will traverse the farm, pond trails and orchards in search of the usual ornitho-suspects, like blue birds, swallows, and red-winged blackbirds.
