The tradition of 'plein air' became popular when the French Impressionist painters packed up their paints and drawing materials and headed for a day outdoors. Join painter Heather Barros for a morning of instruction. Experienced painters may bring their own materials. Beginning artists are welcome and there will be a $10 fee for pastels and paper. Feel free to bring a lunch and continue painting in the afternoon.
