Morning Meditation (Tues, Thur, and Sat), 7:30-8:15 am
Join us on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings for a peaceful gathering to center the mind and find clarity and balance before the start of your day.
Morning meditation is held in the art studio. All are welcome - from beginner to advanced! For more information email Linda Hoffman. There is no charge, but donations are welcome.
Artists Linda Hoffman, Lynn Horsky, Neil Horsky, Amy Kilham, Ariel Matisse, and Scott Wilson will be showing their work in the air-filled studio and outdoors. Refuge, the farm’s outdoor sculpture exhibit will also be open 11 - 4 pm. Come and enjoy art and friendship!
