Slowly we will wind our way along the trails and ponds as a sense of calmness and well-being replaces the anxiety and stress in our world today. Forest Bathing is about getting quiet and deepening our connections with nature and ourselves. 

Varied invitations will provide openings to the wonders around us and allow the forest, fields and pond to work their magic.
